Order Policy
New customers must meet opening order minimum of $200. Customers who do not meet this minimum will be contacted. Order is subject to acceptance by Maison Chic *. Orders with missing or invalid payment information will automatically cancel after 60 days. All prices are subject to change without notice. Maison Chic may adjust quantities to meet item minimums.
* Note: you will be required to fax a copy of your business license and tax id for your first order to be processed.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia via UPS Ground. S&H charges will be added to all invoices. Orders placed through our website are processed and shipped in 7-10 business days.

Back Order Policy
All backorders $100 and over will be shipped when merchandise becomes available unless otherwise specified by customer. Backorders under $100 or older than 30 days automatically cancel and product should be reordered. Backorders with missing or invalid payment information automatically cancel after 30 days. Freight on all backorders is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage Policy
All damages, defectives, or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Credit will not be issued after this time.

Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted unless approved in advance by Customer Service (1-800-653-5048). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned product. Customer is responsible for return freight. Products must be received in original packaging. Price-tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned.

Refused orders will be assessed freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

When returning damaged or defective product, credit will be issued after return is inspected. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if product is found to be in sellable condition.

Cancellation Policy
Customer is responsible for freight charges and restocking fees on orders cancelled after shipment.

Safety Standards
All Maison Chic products meet or exceed US safety standards.

We hand print our fabrics and small imperfections are characteristic of hand printed designs. Actual product may vary from pictures.
